MY EXPERIENCE !!! It worked… (Disclaimer : Educational purpose only!). And it can be done only with the extension mentioned above (Tab Reloader – page auto refresh). So you d1on't need to change the second delay of the "torcc" file (which might be found empty, according to the Tor version you have)
