Sorry dude but do you even know what you are talking about? Activate end to end in telegram and its fine, of course it wouldn't then work if you login from a pc cause its a real end to end. Same in xmpp or matrix u need to enable end to end but honestly no one would ever use those in real life. No one would like to install several apps to chat with different friends.
