Hello Andrew. Thanks for this video. I would like to ask how can I transfer the information gathered from Chatfuel to Google Sheet if that information is separated into different blocks? How can I get that information consolidated to one Google Sheet?

I’ve tried to connect Google Sheet in one block and I put the attributes as usual but when I checked the Google Sheet, there was no single information there even though some recipients have completely answered the questions.

The reason why that information was separated into different blocks it’s because I wanted my Chatbot to send a reminder every time the recipient becomes unresponsive for some minutes then he/she can go back to the question where he/she stopped and finally completed the questions.

Please, I need help with that. It is a bit tiring to manually transfer the information to Excel File. I hope I’d get feedback from you or your team.

I have a google spreadsheet which contains only customers IDs who I issued a certificate to them

So how could I let my telegram bot reply the customer when they write their ID so if he was one of the ids in my google spreadsheet, the bot will reply them automatically (Yes your certificate ready) if not and the customer ID was not in my google spreadsheet the bot will reply them ( No please wait your turn) For Example

I'm now trying to build an e-commerce bot that tells the user about real-time inventory data upon their clicked items. I'm now using the google sheet as my database thats why. Whatever math completed on user attributes in Chatfuel, if you want to export those results into Google Sheets (using the cool Google Sheets exporter tool) – it always inserts the values into Google sheets with an 'apostrophe in front of it! Yes, you can go into Google Sheets and change the number type from 'Automatic' or 'Plain Text' to 'Number' – which allows you to do more mathematical functions, pivot tables, etc. But if you are calculating other stats or information off of user inputs, and would like to spit that data back out to users via JSON API, its pretty unrealistic that you're going to go in an refresh your google sheets data to 'number' format every time a user inputs numerical data. Is there a setting or some way to get around the Google Sheets plugin automatically importing numerical data with an apostrophe in front of it?
