using a pc we want to use email address NOT a phone number. IS that possible. Twitter allows you to use an email address to make the account. You should make a new video and in the title say. Telegram acct using email on a pc. NOT everyone uses a phone or wants to give it out.

For the people who got click bated here's the info -You can not create new account on desktop so first you need to have a account created in mobile then you can sign in the same account in desktop, but there is now way that you can create new account on desktop.

can registering a new telegram account works on pc as well? my phone don't have anymore memory to install the app but I want a telegram account and access through PC

I went through the process twice but they never send me a code. I got one message that said I have to create account on the phone first. I don't want or know how to use my phone like a computer. It's ridiculous that one can't just have Telegram on a laptop only.

By the way, folks, apparently there's no way (not anymore). Back in 2014 I was able to use a simple GSM phone to let Telegram send me auth. code while creating the account via the desktop app.
