i got suspension of app

When I try to download the file I get an error. Checked heroku log and says:
heroku[router]: sock=backend at=error code=H18 desc="Server Request Interrupted" method=GET
I followed all the steps several times. I deployed one last week and worked fine, but now It doesn't.

When i click on url it says file incomplete. Can't download files .
