How to scrape Telegram members and DM them -adsmember

This is not understandable . you did not specify how you arrived at the groups. How are you able to get the groups? you only showed how to add the API IDs and next you started scrapping members. would be nice you do a demo using a non useful ID and how you do it scrach to end Thanks.
