All the wisdom of the world is of no use if relationships are not fostered by politicians. Humans know that all evil origins are from relationship breakdown and relationship neglect

Russia's increasing reliance on China??? Too funny. The Chinese are just going to give Vlad a call soon.
"Hey Vlad, just called to let you know we're going to take everything North of China & Mongolia today…you know, ancestral grounds…Just to "de-Nazify" the place & restore peace." "Hope you don't mind our sending all our new jets & rockets, a billion soldiers and our spanking new navy along, eh?" "We sort of figured, what with the US & Japan supporting Taiwan, and their new, actual-quality arms & weapons, and their professionalism, shucks it was looking pretty tough." "And, what's Taiwan?, we'd just wreck the place, like you're doing in Ukraine, and we'd only get the South China Sea." By going North, we get huge reserves of oil & gas, untold quantities of base & precious metals, lumber, fresh water and wow, think of the fish & farm land we could actually manage properly, unlike you!"…

I'm thinking your stealing & kidnapping those new Ukrainian slaves is a great idea, and obviously, you'll agree it's a great idea for us to simply enslave your Northern population when we get there. I don't think they'll mind, after all, our record on human rights pretty much mirrors your own, so for them, they won't notice any differences.

"But what's really cool?.. Now not a single country in the world would come to give you a hand… unless you call 15% of Belarus, 5% of Chechnya, 10% of Syria "a hand". So "Slav Ukraine!!!!"… "And thanks, in advance."… From China with Love.

Vlad!, Vlad!… Are you still there?… We're still best friends, Right!??!

It's not a Russian blockade. Russia have been clearing shipping lanes and publishing coordinates in Russian and English for safer passage. It's a Ukrainian blockade. Ukrainian put the mines in the black sea and ports ate controlled by Ukraine.

Destroy all Putin's Army Ships in the sea in Ukraine water territory and near it
using Dromes , suicide dromes loaded with bombs,
speed boats loaded with bombs, hitting with Javelin or any Anti- tank or by all means.

These Putin's Ships must be destroyed as they are the sources of missiles attacking Ukraine Cities and collection of Solidiers or Aircrafts on board.

Destroy them before they make amphibious landing to the shore and making trouble to Ukrainians.

Destroy Putin's ships while they are at sea by all means.

I wouldn't trust it now if it is able to make it out. Putin might poison it. Egypt imported Ukraines grain last year. Along with Indonesia, Bangladesh, Morocco. Lebanon and Pakistan. Turkey, Belarus, and Croatia, Somalia, Benin too.

Unfortunately, I do not see this crisis being resolved. It would indeed require Russian cooperation, and Russia does not want to cooperate. Even if a deal could be reached they are not to be trusted to honor it, and could cause a lot of problems for the escorting ships. As you Brits like to say, this is quite the sticky wicket!

How could the Russians not agree to an international, UN sponsored convoy that is designed to prevent starvation in poor countries? The risk involved, what would be the risk to the Russians from some of the neutral countries if they attacked such a convoy?

I think there's some confusion here. Russia isn't really the one blocking the ships, they're more than willing to move it out since they'll make money. It's the shipowners and insurers and everyone else who's afraid to do it because of the sanctions and they don't want to get sanctioned themselves. That's what Russia means when the sanctions are the problem. They'd love to be shipping grain and keeping the economies going. But they don't do the shipping.

Putin is a psychopath with overt narcissistic traits. His worldview sees himself as an inordinately consequential, historical figure. This is his last chance to become 'somebody' because his health is fading and he knows it. Whatever he has got, no quick Chinese transplant of Uiger or gulag inmates' organs can fix it. His clock is ticking and he has achieved little. Psychopaths enjoy leveraging cruelty to gain attention, psychopaths are sadistic and parasitic.

The Arab Spring was triggered by an increase in the cost of grain imports which government subsidies could not counteract. However, there's more than just grain exports/imports at play this time around. China and India have banned fertilizer exports and grain exports. Also, Ukraine is one of the world's largest exporters of potash for fertilizer. So the 3rd world is not only going to be short of grain imports due to blockaded Ukrainian ports but also short on fertilizer affecting their ability to grow crops. Also, none of the shipping insurance companies are willing to insure Russian ships and many shipping companies aren't allowing their ships to dock in Russian ports. Dockworkers are also refusing to load/unload Russian ships at foreign ports.
