Sharing files from Telegram to WhatsApp -adsmember

To much bla-bla. Useless explanation. Have a very small video file that I wanted to date to another application. Can’t share it, download this video to my cellphone or find the link to this video and open it at least in browser.

26 whole minutes on how to share files?!!!

Thanx for the background info Rory…I found it quite interesting. I dont know if things have changed since May 2020 but at this point in time if I download say and mp4 file form Telegram and then want to send it from my Gallery to Whatsapp it will just not go. I have to go first to the recipient in Whatsapp, then click on the paperclip and then choose Document. Then Browse other Docs…..then find the video and send it from there….that is the only way I can do it on Android
