Ans1: WiFi card is essential hardware for WiFi hacking & you can't use internal wifi adaptor when running kali as virtual machine.

Either run kali linux through dualboot Or run it through live bootable usb.

Ans2: Yes, you can use any Linux os such as Ubuntu, but then you have to install aircrack-ng suites tools for enabling monitor mode, handshake capturing, WiFi deauth and handshake cracking.

Ans3: Short mein samjo concept, ham sabse phele
1. WiFi deauthentication attack perform kar rahe hai router pe,
Jissai connected device disconnect ho jaye.
2. Fir ham WiFi deauth attack rokte hai, aur overtheair data packets capture karne lag jate hai,
3. Jab wo disconnected device dubara connect hoti hai router sai using right credentials
4. Tho wo password ham capture karlete hai overair,
Twist: Hame password tho mil gaye hai par over the air jo traffic hota hai wo encrypted hota hai, ussai crack karne ka tareeka sirf ek hai wo hai guessing (Bruteforce aur Dictionary attack)

Par handshake capture karne ke baad ham ussai apne system ki speed sai crack karne ki kosis kar sakte hai,

Even online bahut aisi paid service hai jo online handshake crack karke deti hai using there powerful system

Ek decent 2 gb ram wale system sai ham 1k password ek second mein try kar sakte hai.

There are some tools such as hashcat jissai 1 lakh password ham per second ki speed sai crack kar sakte hai.

Handshake capture hone ka matlab hame ek type ka password hi mil gaya par encrypted password, aur ab hame password crack karne ke liye router ki koi jarurat nahi

There are some tools (crunch, cupp, cewl) by which we can create custom wordlist in seconds which can contain lakhs and crore of possible password combination

Mere main wlan0 show nahin kar raha hai, wifi0, 1, 2, etc. dikh raha hai. Mene usi ke saath sare commands use kiye, par PHY, Interface, Chipset aur Driver ke neeche kuch dikh hi nahin raha hai.
Note: I am using Windows OS.
